5’8” Fish
A personal design project to design a rad surfboard with a rad Malibu shaper, Keegan Gibbs. This board was designed to be surfed on, but came out so clean that it was difficult to wax up for the first time.

We chose a classic fish style siloutte ideal for the
California coast, carefully dialed in the proportions,
then moved into 3D to get a more realistic
visualization of color and finish options.
The color we chose is a cool gray, paired with a
natural wood for the fins, and a super fresh high
gloss finish.
